Insights

One operator question per article, answered properly. Evergreen, and free to read.

What this is

Insights is the evergreen half of what we publish. Each article takes one question an operator actually asks and answers it in the first two sentences, then shows the working underneath.

Every one carries something out of real work: a number, a decision, or a build that went sideways. If an article cannot point at one of those, it does not get written.

The weekly dated version is Serious AI News, which is what happened to us that week rather than a reference answer. The two are written differently on purpose. This set is the one worth reading out of order.

Every article, free to read

Newest first. No email required, and nothing here is a teaser for something gated.
